NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 22, 2012 and entered in Case 11-2008-CA-007233 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and TAMARA HERNANDEZ ROQUE; BANK OF AMERICA; ENCLAVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ERNESTO VELASCO; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 19 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
