Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-3675 of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 703, Bequia at Cove Towers, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded at O.R. Book 2623, Page 1939, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
