NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem), entered on February 29, 2012, as to the Counts in the above-styled cause, in and for Orange County, Florida, the Office of LYDIA GARDNER, Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Orange County Courthouse by Electronic Sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 21, 2012, the following described properties:

Unit Week 07 in Unit 0744, VISTANA SPA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Spa Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3677, Page 335, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
AS TO COUNT XV - DAVID J. MURPHY AND MAUREEN MURPHY
Unit Week 9 in Unit 431, VISTANA SPA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Spa Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3677, Page 335, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
