NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 16th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-006158 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HARBORVIEW 2006-12 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and ILAN COHEN; BELMONT AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CLERK OF THE COURTS, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; PARK CENTRAL PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of March, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
