NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-033784, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-AR9 TRUST is the Plaintiff and LOUIS A. LOCHEAD; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; ROY D. GARDNER; CHERYL E. GARDNER; JEAN HARP; ASHLEY LOCHEAD; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of April, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK C, LIVE OAK VILLAGE - PHASE 1B IN AVALON PARK ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 142 THROUGH 146, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
