NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 23rd day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-35686, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and SANDRA PEREZ-LOPEZ; CLERK OF COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; DAMAGE CONTROL, INC; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; LANCELOT AT WINTER PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEE VISTA CLUB PARTNERS, LTD. D/B/A LEE VISTA CLUB APARTMENTS; MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT,INC AS SERVICING AGENT FOR MRC RECEIVABLES CORP. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CROSS COUNTRY BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS ASSIGNEE OF CITIBANK UNIVERSAL CARD SVCS, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; MARIA M PEREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of April, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 208, BUILDING E, LANCELOT AT WINTER PARK., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8624, PAGE 546, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL VALID AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED, EXEMPLIFIED, REFERRED TO AND SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
