Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 28, 2008, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2008-CA-24413, the Orange County Clerk of Court, shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 29, 2012, the following property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Lot 269, of Southchase Unit 11, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, at Page 32 and 33, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
