DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES AND GRANTOR TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and COURTNEY AMOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COURTNEY AMOS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ROBINSON HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at:www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 466, ROBINSON HILLS UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, AT PAGES 77 AND 78, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
