NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008396-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff, and SALVATORE SALPIETRO, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22nd day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Condominium Unit 27-1, THE AVALON, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof in Official Record Book 8217, Page 1960, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
