NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 7, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 48-2009-CA-037960-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM2, is the Plaintiff and MARIA R. BOYLE; PINE SHADOWS CONDOMINIUM, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on April 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING NO.71, UNIT 4, PINE SHADOWS CONDOMINIUM PHASE FIVE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3020, PAGE 1699; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
