FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and TIMOTHY W. CHARRON; MARIA C. CHARRON A/K/A CONSUELO CHARRON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; VENETIAN PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1626, VENETIAN PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8755, PAGE 1712, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.

UNIT 1626, BUILDING 16, VENETIAN PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8755, PAGE 1712, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
