NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-037607-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT5 is Plaintiff and JAMES E. SWOFFORD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES E. SWOFFORD; MARTHA SWOFFORD; HERMINIO ALZARADO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SAND CANYON CORPORATION, F.K.A. OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK B, HEART O'CONWAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK N, AT PAGE 83, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
