NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 012723 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and DANIEL R. OSYPIAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL R. OSYPIAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; RIVER'S POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, RIVER'S POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 8 AND 9 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
