NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 23, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-002091 of the COUNTY Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 26 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit A18A, Windsor West, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1360, Page 2211, and as amended, public records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as described in said condominium declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
