NOTICE IS GIVEN that in accordance with the summary final judgment entered on February 17, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-53742 of the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida in which LAVENTURE MYRTHIL and RUTH MYRTHIL, were the Defendants and GUY K. PETRIK, TRUSTEE, the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 21 day of March, 2012, the following real property:
Lot 15, Block 41, Unit 11, LEHIGH ACRES, Section 29, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 44, Public Records of Lee County, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
