Residence unknown, if living, including any unknown spouse of the said Defendants, if either has remarried and if either or both of said Defendants are dead, their respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); and the aforementioned named Defendant(s) and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendants and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendants as may be infants, incompetents or otherwise not sui juris.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF GOVERNMENT LOT 3, IN SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AT ITS INTERSECTION LINE WITH THE CENTERLINE OF MCGREGOR BOULEVARD, THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID CENTER LINE OF SAID BOULEVARD SOUTH 32 DEGREES 30' WEST 50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 30 DEGREES 30' WEST 176 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED. THENCE CONTINUING ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF MCGREGOR BOULEVARD SOUTH 29 DEGREES 45' WEST 265 FEET; THENCE NORTH 56 dEGREES 30' WEST AT AN INCLUSIVE ANGLE OF 86 DEGREES 15' FOR 596 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE OUTER FACE OF THE NEW SEA WALL WHICH IS THE WATER'S EDGE OF THE CALOOSAHATCHEE RIVER; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID SEA WALL AS IT MEANDERS TO A POINT WHICH IS 597 FEET, MORE OR LESS, NORTH 56 DEGREES 30' west of the point of beginning; thence south 56 degrees 30' EAST FROM THE OUTER EDGE OF SAID SEA WALL TO THE CENTER LINE OF MCGREGOR BOULEVARD 597 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE SOUTHWESTERLY 85 FEET OF SAID TRACT AS DESCRIBED IN THE DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 34, PAGE 346, LEE COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS AND ALSO EXCEPTING MCGREGOR BOULEVARD RUNNING ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF ALL OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED TRACT.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHÉ, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
