NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-060585, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DAVID G. SCHLOBOHM, MARGARET A. SCHLOBOHM, ALUFAB, INC., FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 24 AND 25, BLOCK 5969, UNIT 93, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 1 TO 21, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
