NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 24, 2012, and entered in 11-ca-052397 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein hsbc bank usa, national association, as trustee for luminent mortgage trust 2006-7 mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-7, is a Plaintiff and lauren hutchinson; parkwoods ii homeowners association, inc.; hsbc bank nevada, n.a f/k/a household bank (sb), n.a. are the Defendant(s.) Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com. at 9:00 am on March 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
