NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-CA-050750 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE BY VERICREST FINANCIAL INC, AS ATTORNEY IN FACT, Plaintiff, and, Hector Perez, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of March, 2012, the following described property:
