NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-ca-50234 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon f/k/a the bank of new york as trustee for the certificateholders cwalt, inc., alternative loan trust 2006-oc3 mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-oc3, is Plaintiff, and maria inez sandoval, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of March, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recoreded Lois Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
lot 3, block 55, lehiggh acres, unit 6, township 44 south, Section 34, range 26 east, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in plat book 15, page 90, public records of lee county, florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
