NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduing foreclosure sale filed February 22, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-053831 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Associaton as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association “Assignee”), formerly known as LaSalle National Bank, in its capacity as indenture trustee under that certain Sale and Servicing Agreement dated March 1, 1998 among AFC Trust Series 1998-1, as Issuer, Superior Bank FSB, as Seller and Servicer, and LaSalle Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, AFC Mortgage Loan Asset Backed Notes, Series 1998-1, and any amendments thereto, Plaintiff and Jose A. Narvaez and Blanca E. Narvaez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, on March 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 1467, UNIT 16, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 76 TO 88, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
