NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the November 22, 2010 Foreclosure Sale filed February 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-058129 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, is the Plaintiff and Israel Diaz Machado, Tenant #1 n/k/a Carmen Encarncion, The Unknown Spouse of Israel Diaz Machado n/k/a Mary Encarncion, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 27 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
