Final Judgement was awarded on October 1, 2010 in Civil Case No.08-CA-051780, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER ACIERNO, BLANCA POPOCA A/K/A BLANCA F. ACIERNO-POPOCA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on March 29, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72 AND 73, BLOCK 8, FORT MYERS SHORES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 151 THROUGH 154, INCLUSIVE, IN the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
