NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 27, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 36-2009-CA-071129 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS A SOZIO A/K/A NICHOLAS SOZIO A/K/A NICHOLAS ANTHONY SOZIO; MARY F SOZIO A/K/A MARY SOZIO A/K/A NICHOLAS ANTHONY SOZIO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF RIVERSIDE BANK OF THE GULF COAST; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 29 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
