Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 224, of Bac-Bay Health and Racquet Club, a Condominium, formerly known as Island Pines Racquet Club, a Condominium, Phase 1, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1703, pages 1580 through 1694, inclusive, and First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2066, Page 1150, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Parcel I.D. #03-47-24-W1-05102.2240
