JODICE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA''''S WHOLESALE LENDER, DEBORAH JODICE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1740, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 44, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY , FLORIDA.
