ROGNSTAD F/K/A MELANIE S. HARNAGE, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 130 FEET OF THE NORTH 475 FEET OF THE EAST 200 FEET OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, ALL LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of April, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
