Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-008824, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and TOREY LANCIONI, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, St. Pete Division. Will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK B, GOLDEN SUNSHINE HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of March, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
