Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 29th 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-012496CI-007, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-W6, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2003 is the Plaintiff, and DAVID L. HARRINGTON A/K/A DAVID HARRINGTON, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 20, Block 1, PINE KNOLL SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida AND that 30 foot right of way designated as 52nd Avenue lying South of Lot 20, Block 1, PINE KNOLL SUBDIVISION, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 29, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of April, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
