Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29TH day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-0169-CI-13, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, wherein William R. Martin is Plaintiff and Drew H. Geiger and Raymond A. Geiger are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5 and the East 10 feet of Lot 4, BELLEVISTA BEACH FIRST ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 28, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON, OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, AND OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
