NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-001478 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006-OPT2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2, Plaintiff and Delmar L. Smith, Individually, and as Co-Trustee of the Smith Trust dated November 16, 2004 and Karon R. Smith, Individually, and as Co-Trustee of the Smith Trust dated November 16, 2004 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 109 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5039, PAGES 58 THROUGH 126, AND RERECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5043, PAGES 182 THROUGH 250, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 81 THROUGH 85, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
