WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE
DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 3258, PAGE 641, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS
RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 19 THROUGH 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on April 4, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim
within 60 days after the sale.
