NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-001905, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. MILLIRON, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE MILLIRON FAMILY LIVING TRUST, UTD MARCH 6, 2008; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR, LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, F.S.B.; SEMINOLE ISLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SEMINOLE ISLE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; VICKI J. MILLIRON A/K/A VIVKI J. MILLIRON, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE MILLIRON FAMILY LIVING TRUST, UTD MARCH 6, 2008; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 29th day of March, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Unit No. 605, Building B, of SEMINOLE ISLE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 137, page 90, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14469, page 877, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive easement appurtenant for vehicular traffic over all private streets within the common property as set forth in Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for Seminole Isle Community recorded in Official Records Book 13665, Page 2568, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
