Unit 4, Building 9, of THE VILLAS AT COUNTRYSIDE, PHASE VII, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 5031, Page 1311, et seq., and amendments thereto, and according to the Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 44, Page 78, together with amendments thereto, if any, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esq., 422 S. Florida Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33801-5227, on or before April 9, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
