PRE-BID CONFERENCE: March 20, 2012 at 9 a.m. in the main office, Mount Vernon Elementary School, 4629 13th Avenue No. St. Petersburg, Fl 33713. Sign in at the main office and you will be escorted to the pre bid room for the official sign in sheet.
