NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment on Verified Complaint” (the “Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described below, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on April 30, 2012, starting at 10:00 a.m.
