NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment on Verified Complaint” (the “Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described below, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on April 30, 2012, starting at 10:00 a.m.

Along the East boundary of said Lot B, Block 6 and said West right-of-way line, a distance of 49.91 feet, thence leaving said line, N.86º21'42”E., a distance of 38.19 feet to a point on the West boundary of Tract “A” of said Haven Beach Replat and the East right-of-way line of 2nd Street, thence N.00º30'30”E., along said West boundary line and East right-of-way line, a distance of 66.03 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING: thence continue along said line, N00º30'38”E., a distance of 203.96 feet to a seawall; thence N.89º46'56”E., along said seawall, a distance of 151.37 feet to the West right-of-way line of 6th Street (State Road 699); thence E.00º49'24”W., along the East boundary of said Tract “A” and said West right-of-way line, a distance of 205.18 feet, thence leaving said line, N.89º45'31”W., a distance of 150.25 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
