NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-000682, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and LARRY D. SEABERRY; PENELOPE D. SEABERRY; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, LARA'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
