NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11004865CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Patrician Oaks Condominium Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Constance R. Capen is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 13, 2012 at 10:00am, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment No. 208, Patrician Oaks Unit VIII, A Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4888, Pages 1894 through 1939, and any amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 35, Page 47, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
