Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that The Clerk of the Court will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

That part of Lot 6 in the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 5, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, as shown by plat of Pinellas Groves, Inc., recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Starting at the Northwest (NW) corner of Section 5, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, said corner also being a point on the center line of U.S. 19, run South 89°13'52” East 100.13 feet along the center line of 150th Avenue North, thence by a curve to the left having a central angle of 0°14'22” a radius of 7894.81 feet, an arc length of 33.00 feet, a chord length of 33.00 feet, a chord bearing of South 2°17'20” East to the Point of Beginning. From the Point of Beginning run by a curve to the left, having a central angle of 1°27'6”, a radius of 7894.81 feet, arc length of 200.03 feet, a chord length of 200.00 feet, a chord bearing of South 3°08'04” East, thence South 89°11'22” East 150.00 feet, thence North 3°07'57” W 200.11 feet to a point on the South right of way line of 150th Avenue North, thence along said right of way line North 89°13'52” W 150.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT that portion taken by the State of Florida as described in Order of Taking filed 10/8/86 in O.R. Book 6334, Page 1553, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on April 26, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. via internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. Final payment must be made at or before 4:00 p.m. on the date of the sale. IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
