NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-004233-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and JAMES HOYT MCCONNELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES HOYT MCCONNELL, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, CAPITAL ONE BANK, ET AL. are the Defendants.
The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on April 10, 2012, in accordance with Fla. Stats. Chapters 45 and 702, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
