YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 306, Building F, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 4980, Pages 1953 through 1993, inclusive, as amended by Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 5144, Page 1120, (adding Building F), and any other amendments thereto and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 110 and 111, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3038 Eastland Blvd #306, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before April 9, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
