NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated February 22, 2012, and entered in 52-2008-CA-015177 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-50CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-50CB, is the Plaintiff and GABRIEL V. HARLING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; CURRENT OCCUPANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on March 26, 2012, , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK F, DENVER STREET REPLAT OF BAYOU GRANDE SECTION OF SHORE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 6 AND 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
