YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien for cooperative assessments in accordance with Fla. Stat. § 719.108 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on PETER D. GRAHAM, ESQ. of ZACUR, GRAHAM & COSTIS, P.A., Plaintiffs' attorney whose address is P.O. Box 14409, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. The property proceeded against is described as follows:
Lot #82, of MAGNOLIA MANOR MOBILE HOME PARK, a cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2,” (plot plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 8520 at Pages 595 through 645 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, commonly known as Lot #82, MAGNOLIA MANOR MOBILE HOME PARK, 4359 72nd Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33709, Parcel ID # 06/31/16/54420/000/0820, together with appurtenant Share Certificate 401 of MAGNOLIA MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
