Book 4919, Pages 1671 through 1724, as amended, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 16 through 20, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida: together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 2500 Harn Boulevard, Unit A11, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 20, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
