Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment for Damages and Judicial Sale entered on January 23, 2012, and an Order to Reschedule Judicial Sale entered on February 24, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CC-004740, of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida in which BARRET BRADENTON, INC. d/b/a SUNSET VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK, is the Plaintiff and STARLA COBB and UNKNOWN TENANT(s), are the Defendants, I, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT will sell at public sale the following property: a 1947 AMERICAN MOTORS MOBILE HOME VIN NO 10412, TITLE NO. 8331042. The sale will be held on the 30th day of March, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at 1051 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida, at the Clerk/Cashier Annex, Second Floor, Room 2700, of the Manatee County Judicial Center in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
