NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I dated February 29, 2012, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-1065 of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SYNOVUS BANK, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash for cash at Foreclosure Sales conducted via Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
That portion of Section 8, Township 34 South, Range 19East, Manatee County, Florida, being further described as follows:

Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 8; thence S. 00 degrees 02 minutes 12 seconds W., 1298.08 feet along the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 8, to the Point of Beginning; thence leaving said line, S. 89 degrees 28 minutes 10 seconds E., 378,33 feet; thence S. 00 degrees 02 minutes 12 seconds West., 712.09 feet; thence N. 89 degrees 28 minutes 10 seconds W., 378.35 feet to the aforesaid East line of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 8; thence continue N. 89 degrees 28 minutes 10 seconds W., 792.63 feet to the East right of way line of Fort Hamer Road; thence along said line N. 19 degrees 46 minutes 45 seconds E., 352.50 feet to the North line of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 8; thence along said line, S. 89 degrees 32 minutes 23 seconds E., 673.57 feet to the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 8; thence along said line, N. 00 degrees 02 minutes 12 seconds E., 378.46 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE.
