NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count V dated February 29, 2012, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-1065 of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SYNOVUS BANK, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash for cash at Foreclosure Sales conducted via Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Commencing at a point on the North side of Upham Street 140 feet East from the Southwest corner of Lot 10, Block 2, of Upham's Addition to Bradentown, Florida, as per plat of same recorded in Deed Book G, Page 830, of the records of Manatee County, Florida, running thence North along the East line of a lot conveyed to Amelia J. Stancliff by deed dated July 22, 1910, and recorded in Deed Book 21, Page 45, of records of Manatee County, Florida , 1.85 chains to the North boundary line of said Lot 10, of Block 2; thence East 70 feet; the South 1.85 chains, more or less to Upham Street; thence West along the North line of Upham Street 70 feet to Point of Beginning, said being a part of Lots 10 and 9, of Block 2 of Uphams's Addition to Bradentown, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE.
