Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-006041 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES is the Plaintiff and , DELFINA PEREZ are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of March, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, DE SEAR MANOR, UNIT 2, LESS THE SOUTH 12 FEET THEREOF AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
