NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009CA11290, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and CHHANG CHHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHHANG CHHAM; NHAN KIM NGOC DUONG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NHAN KIM NGOC DUONG; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BEND OF TERRA CEIA II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BEND OF TERRA CEIA II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 154 AND 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
