notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 10, Grey Oaks, Unit 19, according to the Plat thereof and recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 47 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112-5324, at 11:00 a.m. on the 28 day of March, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
